Hi
I have strange problem, my voice gateway is configured with MGCP and QSIG between pbx and voice gw on PRI E1. User on PBX side can call IP Phone but when IP phone users tried to call Analog phones, it does not work. Strange thing, when I debug ISDN q931 on voice gateway, i see gw is try all 30 channels 1 after another and then gives error no channel available.
Any thoughts on it.
cheers
Muhammad

You must look at the complete information from debug isdn q931, so post it here.

You have a misconfiguration in the PBX, causing an effect commonly called "tromboning".
You see that when PBX receives the call, immediately tries to place the call back to router, so the router places back the call again. so on and so forth until all resources are exhausted.
You have to configure the PBX correctly.

No, you have to work with the PBX technicians.
