CUPC issues with calls inbound from the PSTN

Caller----->Unity AA----->My Ext 1111--->the cupc client rings and I see the voicemail port number.

Why am I seeing the VM port number when if someone calls my hard phone with the same ext I see the correct ani.

I guess you were on Soft Phone mode?

CUPC soft phone is a SIP phone. It doesn't support UPDATE method (actually, none of the soft SIP phone on the market support it so far). Without UPDATE method, you won't see the correct ANI until the call was answered.
