Can i send Voice mails as E mail to web based email users like yahoo/hotmail, i dont have any email Exchange server like setup here

The only access to CUE voicemail through email is by using IMAP. To my knowledge, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. do not allow you to access external IMAP accounts. Even if they did, this would require you to open public access to your router which would introduce a security risk.
