SPA 962 + 932 - power consumption

Going through SPA932 documentation I learned that the SPA932 draws its power from the SPA962 unit it is attached to. That's great.

Now, I was wondering how that affects the power consumption of the whole unit? I mean, I want to connect the SPA962 + 932 to a PoE port and not use an additional external power adapter to power the whole unit.

I also want to be able calculate how many SPA962 + 932 I can connect on a switch that has XXX watts allocated for PoE.

Could you please advise what's the affect on total power consumption from a PoE switch port of adding the SPA932 unit to a SPA962 phone?

Also, if you could direct me to where I can generally find the power consumption of the various SPA phones?

Thanks in advance,

Dear Sir;

Power consumption is always below 7 Watts (class 2) for the SPA900 and SPA500 series. Consumption depends on usage and configuration, but it is between 2 and 5 watts most of the cases.

I believe each data sheet has information about power consumption of the phones.
