I can't figure out thru CCA 2.1 how to setup a site-to-site VPN btw two SR520's.
Can this only be done from cli and where can I find some doc's on it, or am I missing something is CCA 2.1

I don't believe this is possible in CCA.
This guide is long, but it has everything.

Other pages also have good information on options for this. Hopefully this helps.

This would only work if you had two SR520's correct? Not a SC520 and Other ipsec device...?

This would work with any other Cisco IOS device or even an ASA or PIX. Nor sure what you have on the other side in this case.
