Unity Connection 7.1.3
Problem: users cannot reply, forward, or send voicemail from IMAP.
I have followed the steps outlined under the "Task List for Configuring IMAP Access in Cisco Unity Connection "
However users cannot send, reply to, or forward voicemails.
Based on what I am reading at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/administration/guide/7xcucsag175.html#wp1087372
When users select 'send a voicemail' or 'reply to a voicemail' Connection should send it directly without trying to relay it.
Any ideas?

How do you have IMAP setup? typically, if you have Outlook/exchange setup, then add an IMAP account, you have to select which account IMAP is to use to send. In my case, when I forward a voicemail, i select which email account to use to forward (exchange) and it works fine.

FYI - this turned out to be a corporate antivirus policy issue.
