Hi All, We have ASA 5520 connected with One ISP on Outside and to Switch on Inside. How to connect Second ISP to the ASA.

Do you want one ISP as backup ?
if so, you could use HSRP on the ISP routers and just add a default route to the vip address on the asa.
Or, you could create static routes on the asa with tracking. If the routes fails it will bring the route to your standby ISP active.

We need traffic to go on both ISP link, to do loadbalancing and failover.
We got Ethernet connection so remove ISP router. Connection is directly on ASA outside interface.
My ISP said terminate both links on L2 Switch and make a trunk to ASA. [I didnt understood what this means]

ok, than you have 2 vlans on your trunk, with two isp's connecting to switch. Still you need routing towards the two isp's.

ISP advice trunk once we get second ISP Link. I dont have any vlan.
Can't I terminate both links on ASA, if not then what is recommended.
