Phone keeps ringing irrespective of the No answer ring duration set under line settings. Any info appreciated.

Hi Gary,
The "No answer ring duration" only comes into play in conjunction with a "Forward No Answer" setting under the DN config. If there is no "Forward No Answer" setup the phone will ring forever until the far-end hangs up :)

What is the setup required? CSS and number for CFNA or one of them ?

Hey Gary,
No worries my friend! Yes, the Forward No Answer configuration requires a Directory Number entry (or Voicemail checkbox if using VM) and an applicable CSS, usually something restrictive that cannot reach off-net.
