I need to create an AA in Unity Connection 7.x. All my users do not have voicemail how do I get around this?

You used to be able to add network users but how do I do this in connection..

Will adding a user with no voicemailbox work?

Any help would be appreciated

You can add a contact in CUC. That should not be a problem.
