4510 sw supervisor module

I have 4510 and when installing 2nd supervisor engine I get a unknow mode

Can you be more precise?

What modules? What code? Where does this error come from?

Have you inserted it in the correct slot? Have you tried to swap it with the other supervisor to make sure the blade is working?

yes, we been seeing this on 3 core switches,
