DND and HOLD button misding in Softkey

Hi,

I am configuring the CM ver 7. I have found the DND and Hold Button is Softkey template seems to be missing.Can any one pleae let me know how to enable this button

Configure the softkey profile and make sure you're trying to configure them in call states where they can be enabled.

call states: idle, ringing, connected, etc
