Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has seen this error. I have searched CCO and I could find any related information.

Hello Shinyaw,
I do not have first-hand experiences but I was at least able to find a brief description of the message you are dealing with. It says:
Error Message SYS-5-SUP_REDMISMATCH: Standby supervisor [dec] redundancy/power mgmt board detection mismatch
Explanation This message indicates that the redundant supervisor engine has a redundancy or power management situation. [dec] is the module number of the redundant supervisor engine.
Recommended Action Contact your technical support representative.
The document itself is here (you have to look for the "redmismatch" string, as the document is not thoroughly hyperlinked):
Best regards,
Peter

Do you have power to all your power supplies? Also, if you have lower watt power supplies perhaps they are not enough to power both supes?
I have seen this problem before on 6509 non-e chassis where there is not enough power for some of the higher end modules if you dont get the right power supplies.
