Hi
We have a strange problem. After 2-3 weeks working fine, the welcome prompt starts playing with a choppy voice, this goes away but within 24 hours it is back and is there to stay. It remains choppy even with no agents logged in or no other call then the test call going over the voice gateway. This choppy voice is also heard then when calling internally.
IPCCX 5.0(2) SR2
Any ideas where to look?

Hi,
could verify if there is a process that is hanging your server into Windows Task Manager?
It seems that there is a process that is using all the CPU.

Thanks for the reply
during such an incident cpu remains around 20%
also MoH streams normal, it is just the prompts that is having the issue
rebooting the CRS solves it

Hi,
when you are talking about "cpu remains around 20%" I suppose you are talking IP-IVR CPU, is this correct?
