Did you enable asdm and permit access to it?

Eg,

http server enable

http 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Inside

If you want you can allow specific IP.

Hi

The ASDM statement needs to point to the ASDM image on the flash:

Could you remove the statement in the configuration.

ASA(config)# no asdm image disk0:/asdm-508.bin

Then add the following:

ASA(config)#asdm image disk0:/asdm-613.bin

Could you also make sure you have the following in the running configuration:

ASA(config)# show running-config | in http

http server enable

http ip_address subnet_mask interface_name

Regards MJ

Dear MJ,

could i ask you some question that you showed below:

ASA(config)# no asdm image disk0:/asdm-508.bin

Then add the following:

ASA(config)#asdm image disk0:/asdm-613.bin

The command as below, what are different between command :

- Internet-ASA#

Internet-ASA# copy tftp fla

Address or name of remote host [10.2.2.3]?

Source filename [rnet-ASA(config)#]? asdm-613.bin

Destination filename [asdm-613.bin]?

Accessing tftp://10.2.2.3/asdm-613.bin...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Regards,
