can not access personal addressbook

I have one phone where the user is not able to access the personal address book.

He is using a 7911 and has the needed permissions and a password set. The phone is associated to the user. So in my opinion everything is ok...

The user is getting an error message like can not connect to the addressbook...

Someone a idea?



I have this problem too.

Reset the PIN number in there USER account.

Are you adding users or getting them from AD.
