CDR cannot export in CM5.1(3)ES7101

CM version cluster was upgraded from 5.1(3)ES1106 to 5.1(3)ES7101 on 10 Oct. As user export the CDR/CMR

records under CDR analysis and reporting page, user can export CDR record before 10 Oct and from 10 Oct to 14 Oct

without issue. When user export the CDR records from 15 Oct to 16 Oct, the result file is in 1.491KB size.

After opening the file, it cannot list any records. If we select the CDR record from 14 Oct to 15 Oct, the

output file is in 56M KB size, it listed the required CDR records.It seems no CDR records are stored in Publisher

after 15 Oct.

I had reboot the Publisher but the result is negaive. All CDR relatibe services under network services including

"Cisco CDR Repository manager", "Cisco CDR agent" and "Cisco CAR Scheduler" were restarted in all servers but

the result is the same.

How can I solve it? Details screen capture is attached.

Does anyone know how to fix it, thanks in advance!
