I have a Cisco 7206 router. I run Version 12.4(6)T7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc5), advanced ip services on this router.
I have several customers who, at random times and days over the last few months, call in and complain that they are unable to browse. When we do a show user in the router to check for their username, we find it twice. The issue persists until the old session times out or we kill the old session. The issue isn't rampant and widespread, but it has been annoying enough that I have been tasked with eliminating the issue completely, if possible. And its never the same users. Its always different users (so far).
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
