Solved: E1 flapping on Cisco 1760

Hi, the E1 flaps intermittently. I see this entry in the router log:

Oct 23 17:40:15 CET: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 1/0, changed state to down (10 SES)

Oct 23 17:40:17 CET: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 1/0, changed state to up

What does "10 SES" mean?
