Is that specific MCS part number and OS version listed on the compatibility guide? My guess is you have the wrong MCS server.

http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_compatibility/matrix/crscomtx.pdf

no its the correct mcs

right now i have also cisco unity installed

it mcs7835h2

Are you re-installing from scratch using the Windows Server 2003 OS disk included with UCCX7 or just trying to install UCCX on a server that already has Windows 2003 installed? - maybe the OSA that shipped with Unity?

If the latter then that will not work - you need to use the OS supplied with UCCX.

Is that correct James.

I as becasue the only way I can get an HP DL320 G4 to build is with the Unity build disc.

If it must be the UCCX build disc, I'll have a look for it.

Weird as the only erro rthe log says is not enough disc space.  Needs at least 4GB free when the box has over 65GB free.

Cheers,

NeilW
