ip phone dialing issue

Dear all

i have CUCM 7.0

when end users on my cisco ip phones want to dial some where the dialing digit method is one by one. on their ip phone LCS they see digitis one by one and for each digit they hear a beep until finish.

May need bit more information to help you.

Is this happening to all or a particular group? do you have any one confifgured right you can then take a look at their partition and CSS to make sure you have it correct.

How about the actutal phone device, the rev and firmware sometimes a issue as well.

actually all of my ip phones are so.

the story is like this

when my users want dial somewhere before they press "new call" softkey they try to dial digit and when the digits finished then they push "DIAL" bottom.

so the phone will start dial but one by one digit..

That clears up quite a bit thank you.

So do you have any phones (are these ip communicators) working or all the same issue?

Its quite the same setup as regular phone but this may sound like bandwidth issue too. How do they behave for incomming calls?
