Hi

I have created two alias in Cisco EIM 4.2.4 basic version. For these two alias there should be a two separate exception queues. How to create a script for this.

There can only be one Exception Queue. It is created by the system and cannot be deleted.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Is this a stand-alone EIM, or integrated with ICM?

Hi Geoff,

Thank you for the update.

It is stand-alone. We have created two aliases for two different processes. If any undelivered mail for these two processes are moving to default exception queue. By this there is confusion for agents.

Is there any possibility to create two exception queues for two different processes?
