Cisco 3825 router rebooted

One of our 3825 (IOS ver 12.4(12)) router rebooted automatically.It is confirmed that there was no power issue/cable disturbance happened at that time but i want 2 know what went wrong...issued sh env all command but no probs found..can anyone guide 2 identify the root cause...

Here is the o/p of sh env all

Show ver, show stack, and you will see the software crash.

But, you need a support contract to update the buggy IOS.

Check your flash if you can find any "crashinfo" files/sub-directory. If there is one present, can you post it?

Doesn't say anything about a crash or something but rather a power failure.
