ccx 7 premium< call transfer to mobile phone doesn't work

i have one issue with call transfer in UCCX 7

i have a script and there if all agents loged out, call transfers to the DECT phone (XXXX), when i try to transfer to the mobile phone, it doesn't work, and user hears prompts,

css, partitions are assigned,can anyone help, please?

DECT phone? looks like your script may be not executing the redirect or transfer step.

Is this CM dialable number? share the script if you can will be happy to assist.

On the surface it sounds like a Partition or Calling Search Space issue. Make sure your CTI route points that the system uses to handle the calls have appropriate access to dial external numbers

to the DECT call redirects perfect, without any problems, i've checked all CSS, Partitions, seem ok,

all CTI's are ok,

i can transfer call to the ip phone and there is no answer during 2 seconds call redirect to the mobile phone,

this works fine

strange, mobile phone external, not registered with CUCM6,
