One Way Audio from Digital Phone

I have a NEC 2400 PBX connected to a Cisco 3825 via a PRI using 4ESS Signaling. The 3825 then has a SIP Trunk into my providers network. We are able to make inbound and outbound calls through the PRI but we only have one way audio. (can only hear outbound audio from the digital phone connected to the PBX).

I have this problem too.
