How can I have it stop popping up when a call comes in?

I have this problem too.

I think it depends on what version you are running. On mine, which is 6.1, there is a toggle button just to the left of the "Call Control Up" or "Call Control Down" on the bottom status bar which I believe turns off the feature that you want to eliminate.

On the bottom of the AC client there is a little button that controls whether AC will show in front of all other apps when a call comes in.

PLEASE search NetPro for answers before posting, this has been asked many times before (there are even some threads with the screenshot)

Here is another method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC

**Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
