I have a group of 4 Phones which are members of a call Pickup Group.
Example, Ext 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Ext 2001 is configured with CFNA/CFB to 2002.
Ext 2002 is configured with CFNA/CFB to 2003.
Ext 2003 is configured with CFNA/CFB to 2004.
Most of the time Pick works, however on an intermittent basis when the Pickup softkey is pressed the call gets dropped. It appears that the Pickup has worked but the call is dropped.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Is it possible that the Pickup with the CFNA/CFB could be causing the problem.
