MGCP dial-peer issue

Hi

I am experiencing an issue with MGCP dial-peers in that when my router loses & regains the connection with Call Manager the MGCP dial-peers alter position in the running config.

e.g. :

Normal Operation

dial-peer voice 999100 pots

service mgcpapp

port 1/0/0

!

dial-peer voice 999101 pots

service mgcpapp

port 1/0/1

!

!

dial-peer voice 9 pots

destination-pattern 9[2-8].....

port 1/0/4

forward-digits 6

!

dial-peer voice 90 pots

destination-pattern 90..........

port 1/0/4

forward-digits 11

!

After router loses WAN link

!

dial-peer voice 9 pots

destination-pattern 9[2-8].....

port 1/0/4

forward-digits 6

!

dial-peer voice 90 pots

destination-pattern 90..........

port 1/0/4

forward-digits 11

!

dial-peer voice 999100 pots

service mgcpapp

port 1/0/0

!

dial-peer voice 999101 pots

service mgcpapp

port 1/0/1

The problem is highlighted by the fact that FXs ports are not controlled via MGCP & they look to the pots dial peers for out going access only.

I am running CCM ver 7 / router IOS ver 12.4(9)T7 / MGCP vere 0.1

I know I may require an IOS upgrade but I would be interested if anyone has experienced this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Also the router is a Cisco 2811.

Thanks

we upgraded to 15.x on a 2811 and it fixed that issue.

For what its worth.

Thanks Scott,

Did you experience the same problem, as I am struggling to actually find someone that has - starting to think it may be a config issue?

Regards
