Video enabling phones via BAT UCM7.x

Hey all,

I have a UCM 7.x cluster with about 230 devices. I need to video enable all my 7970s and IP Communicators. Does anyone know of a way to bulk update this?

Select Update phones, choose the phones you want and then check the Video Capabilities field and change it to Enabled.

Except that it isn't available as an option.

I was going to call schnanigans except when i looked in mine -- that's missing! That entire section is missing.

BTW: i'm on 7.1.3.2000-2

Any thoughts?
