Replace a IPCC 5.0.(2) rebuild064

Hi,

I need to replace a server with Cisco OS 2003.1.2 standar edition (with OS version 5.2.3790 service pack 1 rebuild 3790) and IPCC 5.0(2)_rebuild064.

In Cisco Web Page only have the following software: Cisco OS 2003.1.2 or Cisco OS 2003.1.2a upgrade. What is it the correct version to upgrade?

Too, only there is a IPCC5.0(2)_rebuil053, how do i to download the rebuild064?

For question 1)

It's kept under UC Manager 4.3 > Voice Applications OS and BIOS Updates.

Read the release notes *very* carefully. The update order is very picky! Also remember to disable CSA prior to installing any updates

For question 2)

You will have to order the newer IPCC 5.0(2) media from www.cisco.com/upgrade
