Upgrade Path for CUCM 6.1.2 daylight savings issues

Doing patches for a CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13 wondering if update 6.1.4.2190-3 will resolve the daylight savings issue for the legacy ip sets not updating their time with the new DST standards. Thank you

I believe the answer is Yes, it should work. My (vague) understanding is 6.1(4) should contain all fixes in 6.1(3) (which is listed in that link of versions that are fixed).
