Hello,
I just installed UCCX 7.0(1) build 168 and see there is 7.0(1)SR4_Build443 available. My Cisco OS version is 2003.1.4 and I see in Windows-> System, it is running Windows 2003 SP2. Does "SP2" corrolate to SR2? Meaning, if I update to 7.0(1) SR4_Build443, I'll see Windows 2003 SP4? Or, more importantly, how do I tell which SR level I'm on for UCCX? I see SR2 had some big issues.
Thanks!

Hi,
You're confusing yourself with Cisco UCCX software and the Windows OS. Updating UCCX7.x to SR4 will have no impact on the Windows OS SP.
UCCX7.x SR2 has already been removed from the download page as there were a number of issues relating to it. You should upgrade it to SR3/4.
If not mistaken the main page will tell you which SR its on. FYI, SR03_Build011 & SR04_Build443.
Thanks!

JT,
Thanks. The main page only stated 7.0(1)_Build168. I ended up running SP4, after which the main page showed:
7.0(1) SP4_BUILD443.
So I don't know what it was before, but I've got SP4 now!
Thanks for the input, JT.
