Error message

We often receive this error message in our Helpdesk email folder. I have tried to find some info on it but have not had much luck. Is this something that is common or do we have a major issue on hand?

An unrecoverable error has occurred:
The Mail Flow Central database went down during normal operation. Minimal service (i.e. webserver, e-mail alerts, etc.) will be provided until the database is back up.

Everything appears to still be working as expected.

I have this problem too.

This happens to us, when the windows server have automatic updates and reboot (as instructed by microsoft update agent).

You can check the reboot time and whether there is any scheduled update.
It is ~3am local time normally (i believe).

you are correct, there was an update that was pushed out to our mail server. Thanks for the information
