A device is generating lots of events. When we have a look at them, memory is fine. I have read about "CSCsi10953 Bug Details DFM need way to show Insufficient Memory correctly for Modular IOS Switch" , but our DFM version is newer, LMS 3.1 with DFM 3.1.0.
Any suggestion? Threshold is 5%.

What type of device is this? What version of code is it running? This bug essentially added support for reporting on insufficient free memory for modular IOS switches.

Post an SNMP Walk of 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.221 from this switch.

Post the details of the InsufficientFreeMemory event from this switch. That will help identify the pool in question.

Post the SNMP Walk output the next time it goes active. To me, it looks as though the event may be valid. Your processor free memory is too low.

What OID from the snmpwalk are you looking at??

I'm looking at the cempMemPoolUsed and cempMemPoolFree.
