Hi!

By default FAC name is sent to the CDR files whenever you make a call that requires this type of code. For security reasons the FAC number is

not included on the CDR.

This is explained on this TAC Case collection and on the SRND:

http://www.ciscotaccc.com/kaidara-advisor/voice/showcase?case=K11394707

--> SRND

https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/7x/dialplan.html

"Only the authorization name appears in the call detail records (CDR); the authorization code does not appear in the CDR."

Regards,

Teresa.
