I have a working CUCBE 7.1. I am integrating Presence and have followed all of the Doc in my configuration.
I am able to log onto presence with my Personal Communicator and the Line ID is correct but I cannot choose my phone to control.
At one point it did show up and worked - but the next time I started UPC it could not find the phone.
I am sure I have the configuration correct - can anyone point me in the right direction on how I can troubleshoot this to determine why it is failing at this point.

1) Set trace to detailed from CUPC > Help.
2) Recreate the problem and create a problem report.
3) Upload problem report here.

1. Help menu I can set "Enable Detailed Logging" - is that the same?
I'll do that now.

Just an update... I was able to fix this. After running a trace I determined that I had a phone assigned to me that was not the phone I was trying to control.
