Can you post your config?

Can you post a show ephone register?

Is auto reg enabled?  How many phones do you have on this system?

Steven,

auto reg was not enabled. That fixed the issue :)

Thanks,

Eivind

Something important to note. Once you re-enable auto phone reg any phone you plug into the network without an ephone configuration will be allowed to register with the system. If this is not your intent, as the error log just means you don't have an ephone configuration for this phone with this MAC Address, then simply create a new or update an ephone  xx.

You're replying to a 4 years old thread, about which the OP has likely moved on by now.
