MPE failed to outdial : the call cannot be placed

I'm using MPE 2.1.

When launching meeting with the web interface, the MPE can call my ipphone.

But when I'm in the meeting, I cannot invite someone else to join the meeting using the "call new user" button.

This button is already enabled. It ask the name and the phone/video/endpoint/number

Is there any solution?

Prerequisites for Inviting Participants During a Meeting:

Make sure you satisfy the following before attempting to invite participants during a meeting:

â€¢You must be a moderator.

â€¢You must be able to dial out. Ensure you have the H.323 configuration coded for your CUCM server and that the User Profiles & Guest allow for outdial.

â€¢You must already be in the web meeting room.
