Configuration for Help Desk to Enable Switch Ports

I am looking for some advice - we want to allow our help desk staff to access our 4006 and 4500 access switch to enable and disable ports only via a GUI. I have looked DSM, CiscoWorks, CiscoView and even Orion but I dont see an easy way to do this.

Am I missing some configuration? Any one have a similar setup that can share with me?

I can't speak for the other products, but this is not doable in CiscoWorks/CiscoView. Even with ACS integration which gives you the ability to create custom roles, you will have to grant a help desk user full write access to CiscoView. This means that they will be able to take down ports using a GUI, but they will also be able to do other things as well.
