Unity 5 Beep Voicemessages (coming over GSIG)

Hi there.

We have a CUCM 6.1 Cluster @ HQ which has it's own ISDN servicing IS Team only. These users have Unity 5 as voicemail.

We also have a PABX at HQ, with it's own ISDN, serving all other users. This side is where the Reception is located.

The PABX adn CUCM (via gateway) are linked via a QSIG.

We have an issue, when a call is initiated outside company and comes in on PABX side, usually reception, and is forwarded onto a DN on CUCM side over QSIG.

If the caller does not get a reply, starts to hear the Unity voicemail message for the DN, and decides he does not want to leave a message and hangs up....it leaves a voicemail which is just a BEEP.

If the call is initiated via the ISDN on the CUCM side, and the user decides to not leave a message while hearing the Voicmeila option - OK, no message or BEEP.

Any other type of scenario is fine - as expected.

Maybe this is a bug or a tioming issue with Unity. Anyone experienced this before? Got any ideas?
