MOH is not working when I place a call on hold and also during transfers. Checked in the Media Resources and the config seems to be working fine. Is there anywhere that I need to check apart from Media Resources. I have a Call Manager 6.1(2) system.
Also if you have configured MoH to use multicast make sure the network is set up to support multicast traffic.
Also check your MRG's and MRGL's.
