Hi, I am putting a 7915-add on on a 7962 telephone, programmed phone but the lights are stuck on amber on the add on and the lines that I programmed are not on the diplay. Any ideas? The 7962 is fine and working , its just the add on.
I opened a TAC case, On CUCM 6.1.2 base version there's a bug (bug ID CSCsr47975) that will prevent 7915/16 from working properly. To fix this bug, we'll have to apply a patch to CUCM. Having my design guys look at first to see if anything will be affected by using this patch.
