Single Number Reach have office extensions show as external DIDs

is there a way to have internal extensions show as their external DIDs when forwarding calls via mobility? I setup external masks on all extensions but they still come through as 4 digits. If i do a prefix digits on the route list, that would affect all mobility calls..

Have you setup the external mask on the RDI line ? You may need to setup a transform mask to allow this to send external caller mask to the outside.
