I have just upgraded cm from v4 to 7 and some of the ata will not register with the publisher only the subscriber. phones seem ok and other ATA just a handfull will only register with sub not pub, anyway to factory reset them?

You can reset the ATA to factory defaults using the procedure in the document below.

You will need an analogue phone with an RJ11 port to plug into the ATA to complete the procedure.
