DFM Card Errors

Hi Everyone, In LMS 3.2 DFM. I have a 3845 Router that is reporting CARD errors. The cards it is referencing dont exist on the switch as far as I can see. Is there someway I can tell what the real problem is or if I even should be monitoring these cards See attached screen shot. Notice the cards that are labeled CRITICAL in the status. Thanks.

I believe you are seeing a known device bug. Post the show ver from this router.

Hi JClarke, we are experiencing this issue with 6 devices, attached is the list of versions from each device. Can you point me to the correct patch for the devices? Thanks for the help - JOHN

This is CSCsj58422. If you upgrade these devices to 12.4(20)T or higher, the problem should go away.
