Can't access network resources with QuickVPN to RVS4000. No IP assigned.

A few months ago I installed a Linksys RVS4000. Since then I have not been able to get the VPN client to work. According to the manual all I have to do is setup the VPN Client Accounts and use the QuickVPN software to connect. I have setup a User/Paswd and generated certificate installed in QuickVPN directory. I can connect to the VPN server fine, but I can't access anything but the router. I can ping the router LAN address, and access the web interface. I can't ping my file server or any host on the LAN. From what I can tell the remote host via VPN isn't getting assigned an IP address after connecting. After connecting through VPN I check the DHCP Active IP Table and nothing new appears. I would assume if I'm not getting assigned an IP then this is what would be causeing my problem. I see no option to assign the client to a network. I've tried under LAN settings, DHCP-relay and addressed it back to the router but that didn't allow anything on the network to be assigned an address. I have made sure my LAN IP and Subnet are different. I have also tried the QuickVPN client on XP and Vista. I've been searching for a solution for a while now and could really use some help. I appreciate your time for reading this.

Router: RVS4000 (firmware v. 1.3.0.5)

Client: Linksys QuickVPN v. 1.3.0.3

Primary Location: (Where file server and network I'm trying to connect to)

RVS4000 VPN Router

LAN:

172.24.10.1 / 255.255.255.0

Remote Location: (At my house, but I want to be able to connect from any location)

Linksys QuickVPN Client Software

LAN:

192.168.1.1 / 255.255.255.128

I have also attached the output of "ipconfig /all" in a txt document since it would not fit in the post.
