I am doing a cisco CCM 7 integration with AVAYA systems. I was able to connect the calls to the remote sites through E3, but some places are having AutoAttendant at the AVAYA end. We can hear the greeting, but when we press 0 for operator, the AVAYA system doesnt recognize the digits
CCM uses H323 protocol. Right now it is a trunk configured in the CCM which establishes the call and route patterns do the routing.
Is this ok or do we have to do it in the gateway?
