Intercom Calls in IP Phone services /Directory

Hi,

I saw something named Intercom Calls in IP Phone services.I have attached the screen shot of this page. Please check the attached file.

I have also a question like can we maintain 2 types of directories in the CUCM ver 7.one for the outside calls and other for the intercon calls.

Yes, but you would need to create your own custom directory for the intercom DNs. This is not something that's native to CUCM.

That's the whole point of the Intercom Calls directory. It shows call logs on Intercom DNs. Received/Placed/Missed calls show call logs on standard DNs.
