7945 custom background does not load when selectinge

Hi,

    I have uploaded my company log on uc500,the image is showing under Setting>User Preferences>Background Images> but when i am trying to load

    my company log image  its not loading so where i went wrong

You may want to make sure that the file is loaded in the correct directory. The list.xml file specifies the location of both the thumbnail file as well as the IP Phone background logo. Note that the directories for 7970, 7965 and 7945 IP Phones are different. Take a look at the debug output of tftp events.
