I created a phone service with the following URL
http://(UCCXIP Address):8088/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp
But when i try to select the service on an IP Phone, i get "host not found."
Any ideas ?

You have the wrong URL.
http://:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp
