Hi, i have a doubt, i have two CDs, the first one is labeled with "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express/IP Ivr", and the second one is labeled with "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express/IP Ivr MS SQL-2K", the question is, why two cds? and what is the second used for? which is the right procedure to install a CRS using the 2 cds?

As the db for UCCX is SQL, the second CD is for installing the SQL software suite. The actual platform install CD is CD 1 and should say "Cisco IPCC Express, IP IVR, Q Mgr.

so do i have to install the first cd and later the sql suite, rigth? what happens if i dont install the second one?
